LynnRae joined The Oaks Club in July of 2019 with over 20 years of experience as an HR professional.  Prior to The Oaks Club, she was the HR Director for a skilled nursing facility.  LynnRae began her HR career at Avery Dennison located in Framingham, MA in their Variable Image Tag and Label Plant.  She also held roles as Senior HR Business Partner for Weidmann Electrical Technology and FLEXcon Company Inc.

Although LynnRae is versed in all aspects of Human Resources, her most rewarding role was at FLEXcon where she worked with young professionals as a Rotational Program Manager.  She mentored and coached college graduates while they were learning the business.

LynnRae is a graduate of Becker College with a degree in Business and holds a Certificate in Human Resources from Assumption College, both located in Worcester, MA.  LynnRae is a member of SHRM and prior to relocating to Florida three years ago was a member of NEHRA (New England Human Resource Association) for many years.

LynnRae and her husband Jamie are avid New England Patriot fans!
