Seafood streams directly from the Gulf of Mexico, the Florida Keys, and the East Coast, while naturally-raised meats arrive from family-owned heirloom farms prioritizing organic and hormone-free methods. Produce is sourced at the peak of Florida's seasonal bounties: expect Plant City strawberries, Sarasota blueberries, Ruskin squash, and dishes garnished with even more local in-season delights.
Helming the Ship
The Club’s inspired culinary program is itself inspired by Chef James Pampinella, whose decades-long culinary journey spans tending greens and grounds, master chef apprenticeship, and nationally-lauded private clubs. Arriving at The Oaks Club in 2013, Chef James leads a culture where the Club’s exceptional staff, Culinary and clubwide, align with the kitchen’s focus on Member health.
